Each plan comes with one monthly usage that everything your agent does draws from: messages, calls, browsing and files. It covers about 200 messages on Personal, 350 messages on Pro, 1,650 messages on Business, and about 50 during the free trial. A more powerful model you pick in settings uses it faster, and the app shows how much faster. If you run out, your agent tells you and offers extra usage for $10 (about 250 more messages, until your plan renews) or a bigger plan.
Each plan includes call minutes: 10 on Personal, 45 on Pro and 150 on Business, and 3 during the free trial. You can ask your agent to call you and talk instead of texting. Calls also draw from your monthly usage: a minute in the US or Canada uses about as much as 5 messages, and a minute to Israel about 16, since calls there cost more. A single call can last up to 15 minutes. When the included minutes are used, your agent says so and you can keep texting or move to a plan with more.
When the trial ends, your agent sends a payment link. Nothing is charged automatically. Work pauses until a plan is paid.
