LVLZ vs Kommo

LVLZ and Kommo both keep client work next to WhatsApp. A sourced comparison of who each is for, pricing, bookings, the workspace and what you actually do all day.

The short answer

Kommo is a team CRM you work inside, priced per user from $25 a month with a six-month minimum, built for sales teams that live in pipelines and the official WhatsApp Business API. LVLZ is a WhatsApp CRM / AI CRM for small businesses: you message or call your own agent, and it files the leads, bookings and follow-ups, free to start with no time limit, and paid plans at $29, $59 and $149 a month. Pick Kommo for a multi-seat sales floor, broadcasts and several WhatsApp numbers. Pick LVLZ if you are the owner and you would rather text the work than sit in a CRM.

Frequently asked questions

Is LVLZ a Kommo alternative?

For a small business owner, yes. Both keep clients, chats and follow-ups together. Kommo is a multi-seat CRM your team works inside. LVLZ is an agent you message on WhatsApp, and the workspace is where you see what it filed.

How much does Kommo cost?

On October 25, 2026 Kommo’s pricing page listed Base at $25, Advanced at $35 and Pro at $45 per user a month, billed for at least six months. Enterprise is custom. LVLZ is $29, $59 or $149 a month for the workspace, and the year costs ten months.

Can I pay Kommo monthly?

Not on the page we checked. Kommo’s own FAQ says monthly payment is not available and the minimum subscription is six months.

Does LVLZ replace a shared WhatsApp inbox?

No. The agent talks with the account owner. It can act on channels you connect, and the Business plan adds a shared workspace and a team inbox, but it is not a multi-rep WhatsApp Business API inbox the way Kommo is.

Which is the better fit for a salon or a one-person shop?

LVLZ, if the owner wants to send a voice note and have the booking, the reminder and the client record handled. Kommo fits when several people share one pipeline and answer customers on the business WhatsApp number.
