# Switch from GoHighLevel to LVLZ

> Bring GoHighLevel contacts and pipelines into LVLZ, where your agent keeps every client, note and follow-up up to date from your texts. How to export, what maps where, and the one-click import.

If you mostly use GoHighLevel to keep track of clients and follow-ups, LVLZ does that by text. Your contacts land in a clients table, with tags, custom fields and the latest note, and your agent drafts the follow-ups for your approval.

One-click move from GoHighLevel is live. Connect it in app.lvlz.ai or text your agent “move everything from GoHighLevel”. What comes over: Contacts with their custom fields and tags, and every pipeline's opportunities with stage, value and status.

## Or move by file from GoHighLevel

1. In your sub-account, open Contacts, then Smart Lists, and select the contacts (or Select All Contacts).
2. Use Manage Fields to show every column you want, since only visible columns are exported. Then choose More and Export.
3. When the export is ready, download it from Contacts, Bulk Actions. Only admins can download it.
4. In app.lvlz.ai, import the file into a table, or text it to your agent. AI maps each column to a field.

The contacts export includes names, emails, phones, tags, custom fields and the latest note (up to 255 characters). Email and SMS history is not included.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is there a one-click import from GoHighLevel?

Yes. Connect GoHighLevel once in app.lvlz.ai (Settings, then Import), or text your agent “move everything from GoHighLevel”, and everything moves in one click. Moving again updates the rows already there instead of duplicating them.

### Does LVLZ replace GoHighLevel’s funnels and SMS marketing?

No. LVLZ is an agent for you, the owner: clients, tasks, email from your Gmail, documents and follow-ups. It does not build funnels or send bulk SMS campaigns.

### Can my clients text the agent?

No. The agent talks only with you. It can act on your channels, such as sending email from your connected Google account after you approve a new recipient.
