# Use LVLZ from Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok and Cursor

> LVLZ is an MCP server. Add it to your AI app, sign in with your LVLZ account, and that app works with your tasks, tables, documents and workspaces as your agent does.

Your MCP address: https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp

### Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it LVLZ, paste https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp and choose Connect.

### ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode. Then choose Create, name it LVLZ, paste https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp, pick OAuth and sign in.

### Codex

In a terminal, run `codex mcp add lvlz --url https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp`, then `codex mcp login lvlz` to sign in.

### Claude Code

In a terminal, run `claude mcp add --transport http lvlz https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp`, then type /mcp in Claude Code to sign in.

### Grok

Open grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector → Custom, paste https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp and sign in.

### Cursor

In Cursor, open Settings → Tools & MCP → New MCP server and add {"mcpServers": {"lvlz": {"url": "https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp"}}}. Cursor opens the sign-in.

Any other app that speaks MCP connects the same way: paste the address and sign in.

### Let your coding agent set it up

Paste this to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another coding agent:

```text
Connect the LVLZ MCP server (https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp) to yourself, so I can use my LVLZ tasks, tables, documents and workspaces from here.
1. Work out which app you are running in and add the server there:
   - Claude Code: run `claude mcp add --transport http --scope user lvlz https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp`
   - Codex: run `codex mcp add lvlz --url https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp`, then `codex mcp login lvlz`
   - Cursor: add "lvlz": {"url": "https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp"} under "mcpServers" in ~/.cursor/mcp.json
   - Gemini CLI: add "lvlz": {"httpUrl": "https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp"} under "mcpServers" in ~/.gemini/settings.json
   - Any other MCP client: add a remote MCP server named lvlz with the URL https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth sign-in).
2. It signs in with OAuth: a browser page on oauth.lvlz.ai opens where I sign in to LVLZ and choose Allow. If you can't open it, give me the link. Don't ask me for an API key; there isn't one.
3. Once it's connected, call list_workspaces and tell me which workspaces you can see.
4. If the server only shows up after a restart, tell me exactly what to restart.
```

## Frequently asked questions

### What can a connected app do?

The same as your agent: read and change tasks, projects, tables, documents, reminders and workflows, in every workspace you are in, and use your connected Gmail and Calendar when you ask.

### Does it need a key?

No. The app opens oauth.lvlz.ai, you sign in with your LVLZ account and choose Allow. Nothing to copy or install.

### Will it send or delete things without asking?

No. Sending to someone, deleting and inviting people wait until you agree in that app, the same as with your agent.

### How do I disconnect an app?

In app.lvlz.ai open Settings → AI apps and choose Disconnect, or text your agent “disconnect Claude”. The app is signed out at once.

### Can I give an app only some tools?

Yes. Add ?tools= with the areas you want to the address, such as https://api.lvlz.ai/mcp?tools=tasks,crm.
