Interior design services agreement

1. Scope
Willow & Stone Interiors will design the living room and kitchen at 48 Maple Street: a concept board, a floor plan, a lighting plan and a shopping list.
2. Fee

Furniture and materials are paid by the client directly to the suppliers.
3. Timeline
The concept within 3 weeks of the site visit, and the final plans within 6 weeks.
4. Revisions
Two rounds of changes are included at each stage. More are billed at $95 an hour.
5. Cancellation
Either side may end this agreement in writing with 7 days' notice. Work done until then is paid.
