Tell your agent your seat preference, your diet or your partner’s birthday once, and it uses that from then on. In its first days it asks a few questions to get to know you, then checks in on its own. Its memory is yours to read: one place in the app shows everything it knows, and you can change or remove any of it.

### Is my memory used to train models?

LVLZ uses your memory to run your agent and does not use it to train AI models.
