You chat on WhatsApp, in your own words. Leads, clients, bookings, follow-ups, and posts are filed. The same record is in the web app. ### Do I need to learn an app? No. There is nothing to install. One WhatsApp message starts it. The web app is there when you want it. ### Is my data private? Your workspace is yours. Passwords and cards sit in an encrypted vault. The model never sees them. Nothing is sent, published, or paid without your approval. ### Which languages does it speak? English, Hebrew, French, German, and Russian, including voice notes. ### Is LVLZ free? Yes. If you run out, your agent still answers questions and looks things up, and offers extra usage for $10 (about 250 more messages; on Free also $2.99 for about 100) or a bigger plan. ### How do call minutes work? Each plan includes call minutes: 10 on Personal, 45 on Pro and 150 on Business, and 3 during your first 7 days. You can ask your agent to call you and talk instead of texting. Calls also draw from your monthly usage: a minute in the US or Canada uses about as much as 5 messages, and a minute to Israel about 16, since calls there cost more. A single call can last up to 15 minutes. When the included minutes are used, your agent says so and you can keep texting or move to a plan with more. ### What happens after the first 7 days? You carry on with Free, with no time limit. Nothing is charged, and everything you set up stays. Your agent keeps working on Free's monthly usage, and a paid plan brings back calls, routines and more usage whenever you want them.
